I understand, since I have stretch marks and stuff. A padded bra will help your breasts, but don't worry, because this is normal. What's on the outside, might not reflect who you are on the inside. There are many clothes and underclothes out there that will help with you. Exercise for two weeks doing cardio and strength, and eat healthy. Hide that scale, because instead of getting to a certain weight, get to where you feel good about yourself.

See your doctor further about how to loose weight and about your teeth. They are there for a reason; to help.

Best wishes.

exercise and get ur teeth whitened, and get a good bra

If this is true, then you really should reach out to someone you're comfortable with. Psychologists are recommended but I don't know about your financial situation, or whether you feel comfortable with that. If that's out of the question, find a friend, preferably someone older, who is a good influence to you and who has good advice to offer. Don't get advice from friends that are a bad influence to you (I had to say it, because people do that for some reason...) And good luck!

By the way, if you have the actual medical condition "Depression," this is not something that will just go away, some experts say. In such case you need medical intervention.

A question for you... Is being overweight causing your depression or is your depression causing you to be overweight?

When you feel happy on the inside, you'll look beautiful on the outside. You need to tell someone that you suffer from depression. Try to turn every negative thought in your mind in to a positive one and find a trusted adult you can talk to about your problems. Once you are able to realize how pretty and unique your self image is you'll feel and look 100% better. Remember there is no magic spell or one-second miracle that can correct emotional problems so finding help is crucial!

well that is not easy to answer! But i think you need to just get your body the way you like it! then you have to love it....you can do it you could try to talk to the dentist about your teeth and go to health websites to see what to do about the strech marks, loose al that extra wieght and talk to your docto about your boobs.

I read this great book called body by god....if you can't afford to get it right now,...check with your local library.

The main point...exercise for about 15-20 minutes 3/4 x's a week doing anything you may enjoy that will keep your heart rate beating faster, but not to the point you feel like it is jumping out of your chest and you are going to die.

Eat less food that is created by man (macaroni, burgers, hotdogs, etc) and eat more God made food (fruits and vegetable, tuna, beans, etc)

If you eat sugary foods or anything in the bread group, eat it before dinner time. Eat more proteins in the afternoon and evenings. You are putting on fat because you are eating too many carbohydrates before bed and your body is not burning it off so it turns it into fat.

Weigh yourself daily. Take measurements weekly to help you feel encouraged to continue in this lifestyle.

Eating properly, drinking water, and sleeping proper hours at regular times will help with the depression. It is usually caused by a chemical imbalance, but if you eat more fruit, nuts, and vegetables you can fix it naturally.

Also, the most important aspect of your life is your relationship with God, your creator. No one knows you better than Him. I would like to suggest that you start getting to know him a little better by reading one chapter of the bible a day. Begin with John. Also, get yourself a notebook and write down your prayers for yourself, and others. Also write down questions you have for God and ask Him to show you the answers. Check things off as He begins to work in your life. Review them daily and add to them. This will help you see God working in your life and give you some great things to praise him for.

Sorry for the length, but I really hope this helps you. It has helped me. I have lost 7 lbs since early January and received my first comment on my weight loss last weekend.

just stay positive and look on the bright side of your life.
Be confident in yourself and maybe try and speak to someone close about your problems.
