Uhh - the Patch is the same medication as the Pill, just administered differently, so that won't work with the malaria vaccine. Sheesh, you guys! Learning this stuff about sexual health care really isn't hard. I didn't even go to college and I appear to be one of the most well-educated people in the women's health section when it comes to questions like this.
Anyway...to answer your question. Aside from condoms, and obviously you don't want to abstain, probably spermicide will be the next-best route for you. You might also want to look into a diaphragm, although I find them really annoying.

Or the pill, or just making sure not to have sex on and around the days you're most fertile.
