when my girlfriend was on her period, she used a heating pad, it helped some.yes he sounds like a good man, i bet he would make her a nice husband. not too many men out there would do what he did, she better hold onto him.

she should go to the doctor

Hydrogen peroxide will get blood stains out if they are new stains. The peroxide however, will also lighten the color of the sheets or pj's if they are dark in color.

hydrogen peroxide will get the blood out of the mattress and her clothes. He is being very kind and is doing alot to help his girl:) she needs a bucket by her bed to throw up in. Good luck.

She needs to see a gynecologist. Vomiting every month is not normal, even for endometriosis. Also, if she is vomiting every 10 -20 minutes she needs to go to the emergency room, she can dehydrate very quickly.
I had very painful periods all my life, and sometimes I did feel like vomiting, but I never did. I finally found out that I had endometriosis, fibroids, and polycystic ovaries.
Your cousin needs to see a Dr.

Edit: Your cousin may have seen a Dr. that told her she was fine, but now she needs another opinion. I never followed up about the pain I was having. It turned out that I had several problems. Because of these multiple problems, I could only have 1 child, and my gynecologist told me that I should have not been able to get pregnant without help, because I had so many problems.

tell him she needs a complete testing by a gyn. Tell him to put a bucket beside the bed with a few inches of water, that way she doesn't have to get up and she can use the bucket---he needs to soak her pjs in cold water he can add a little of oxyclean or 20 muleteam borax(its the same as oxyclean but cheaper). Tell him to use a spray bottle of cold water alone or with oxyclean(full bottle=1 tsp) spray lightly and blot with damp sponge(cold water) it may not get all of the blood out but should make a very light spot. It may take several times to get blood out of mattress.
