As long as there's not a strong, unusual smell along with it, it's probably nothing. A strong smell and a discolored discharge can indicate bacterial vaginosis. Usually discharge is clear or white, but it can be kind of yellowish in some women.
If you have a fever, bad cramping, dizziness/lightheadedness, sleep problems, abdominal pains, burning when you pee, itching, or a lot of nausea, go see a doctor about it. Otherwise you can assume it's just a fun little variation.
