Wow! Could this day get any worse...?!


Question: So here's the thing- when I'm 5'6'' and 15. I used to weigh 108 pounds (maybe a little underweight, I admit) because I had a strict vegetarian diet. My parents made me quit because I had kind of lost a bit of weight. Bam! I'm fat again. I gained all of the weight back that had took me 6 flipping months to lose. Now I have a huge *** and lots of fat surrounding my hip area.

So my fat *** has ripped holes in the back pockets or crotch seams of 3 pairs of jeans. Those jeans used to be loose on me- now I can barely squeeze into them.

I've been deperately trying to lose the weight by following a 1200 calories diet, running ery day, and strength training.

nothing.

So I broke another pair of jeans today. My dad's friend noticed that I had put on weight, so he went up and felt my arm as if I had been ana or something. He humiliated me in front of a large group of people by calling me ana and asked if I was skipping meals still. I AM NOT ANA! What a stab! What do you think???

I think being healthy is the most important thing. Don't worry about weight unless its unhealthy. I'm also fifteen and actually I've been a vegetarian for around a year and a half, Im on the curvier side yet muscular (5' 6" 130-135). The best thing you can do is work out, eat right, and please aim to really love your body because not everyone is meant to fit into a size 2, what kind of a world would that be?

There isnt anything wrong with you, its obviously the jeans

loosing weight is harder than gaining it. try not doing the strength training as often. sometimes you may loose fat, but gain even more in muscle.

How rude is that?? Any one that would comment on your weight is just a jirk so dont listen to them and if they say somthing more tell them that it hurts your feelings and ask them not to say that anymore....sorry i couldnt help more>:( If i was there i would kick them for you:(
