How can i lose 50 pounds by May ??!


Question: i'm trying to loose about 25-30, i don't eat past 7 pm, i make sure to drink water, no fast food, no sodas/tea, drink juice sparingly cus it has alot of sugar, do some sort of work out at least 30-45 minutes daily even if it is just a brisk walk. so how much you loose in a month, and then adjust your meals and workouts accordingly. i've lost about 15 or so in the past couple months but just eliminating junk food and sodas and taking care of myself when it comes to meal time. me and my son have both benifited by a more structured meal plan and exercise routine. i walk to the park with him in the mornings then he rides his bike and i walk with him in the afternoons. little things like that can make a big difference when loosing weight. you'll figure out how to get those 30-45 minutes of exercise in your daily routine. but if you are looking for quick results and very minimal changes to your lifestyle i sugest aerobics/step aerobics... i did that 3 times a week and was looking good, then again that was before i got pregnant and had free time to take the classes.
