What happened to my friend after she had her baby?!
Question: My friend Nicky was thin and then when she got pregnant she ballooned to about 155 lbs. Everything was fat, especially her face and upperbody. Then she had her baby and it's only been 2 weeks but she's already back to about 105 lbs,and she looks gross and skinny and her face is all boney. How did she lose all that weight so fast?

Probably it was water weight, even though she "looked fat",
(I was really small when I had my son--but the same thing happened to me! I looked terrible after he was born!)
Try to give your friend a couple more weeks before you expect her to look OK!
