Morgan, tell your mum. You may be unwell or this could just be your "normal" everyones normal is a little different. But if you are unwell and leave it too long you could do damage to yur body which may not be a problem now but couldlead to difficulties with fertility later in life.
Women Bleed. This is not something to be ashamed of. Society has for years made us feel that is is shameful and dirty and that has never lead to positive things for women. Your mum is a woman too, she understands that bleeding for 15 days is going to be uncomfortable and will want to help. Talk to her, or go to a doctor on your own (judging by the fact that you spelt mum with a u i'm gonna take a leap of faith here and guess you are an aussie - nick ya mums medicare card and go see a doctor if you really feel you can't talk to her about this, but ultimately you need to tell SOMEONE prefferably someone with a medical degree.)

you need to see a doctor, i do not think that this is normal

I know this isn't the answer you are looking for, but you need to tell your mum!! She will not tease you, she will just get you some pads.

yo thats what happened to me. At first i was so frustrated that i wished i wasn't a girl no more. But as days go by its gonna be fine and the days are gonna reduce

15 days is to long tell your mom to take you to the gynecologist
at first periods are irregular but thats normal mine lasted like 8 days but 15 it kind of strange u need a doctor

I think you need to tell your mom so she can take you to the doctor & get you put on the birthcontrol pill...not for preventing pregnancy but they really lighten up your periods & make them way more regular.

birth control will regulate yout period. it will make it less heavy, less painful, and it will only last 3-4 days a month and you will know when you are going to get it because the pill controls your period. if you don't want your mum involved then go to planned parenthood and the gyno there will ask you some questions and put you on birth control but you will need to pay for the visit and birth control which ranges from 30-80 dollars. if you don't have the money you might want to consider talking to mum about it, she won't have to go in the office with you - just take you and pay for it. i'm sure she'll understand that you need to regulate your period =]

This seems a bit much, 15 days is a lot. You should talk to a gynecologist. I have had heavy bleeding, but it is due to fibroids (I am pretty sure you are too young for that) But, if you are bleeding heavily, for a long period of time the doctor will want to see you.
(I was going through a plus tampon in an hour for 24 hours)
You don't want to become anemic. You need to find out if there is some reason you are bleeding that much.

it might be just because you have to much stress but you should talk to your mum maybe it's something genetic and she used to have the same problem or just will take you that you can see doctor

You ought to definitely tell your mum. You may have fibroids(benign cysts) , a cyst or endometriosis (thickening of the uterine lining). Let her take you to a gynecologist to check you out,

You should not bleed that heavily for that long.

Good luck

you do need to tell your mom. you may not want to, but you should. maybe she has gone through it to. and she has had periods before too. so shes no stranger to them. she can help you better than most others.

I'd strongly suggest seeing your doctor, or at least mentioning it to your mother. You're at risk for anemia if you are bleeding for that long, especially if you have heavy periods. Although you're still regulating your periods since you've had it less than a year, it's a good idea to see a doctor. You may be able to get on birth control which would help you.

It will take some time in order for your cycle and periods to become regular. This can take 1 - 2 years.
