Eliminate fish odor?!
Question: I'm becoming really embarrassed about this smell that a guy told me he could smell coming from my vagina. I wash and keep clean, but I was on my period then. How can I eliminate those fish odors for good? And how can I eliminate any other odors for when I'm not on my period?

It's normal to have a fishy smell when on your period. Try using a feminine deoderant spray (FDS makes a lot of different scents). Be sure to change your pad/tampon often. When I am on my period, I use baby wipes after I use the toilet paper. It helps a lot.
If you have a fishy odor, you likely have an infection. It could be bacterial vaginosis, the number one symptom of it is a fishy odor, especially after sex.

fishy odor is a sign of bacterial vaginosis. Go to your doctor and have a swab for this, to make sure you don't have it. It is an infection that you can get, not necessarily from sex, and you need antibiotics for it to get cleared up. If you don't have bv, then I would assume you just have a natural odor, and just keep yourself clean. Get baby wipes for when you go to the bathroom (keep them in your purse and in the bathroom) and that should take care of things.
Try douching with half peroxide and half distilled or purified water.
