What exactly is "douching"?!

Question: how do males do it? how do females do it?

Answers: how do males do it? how do females do it?

Douching is lavaging--washing something out with a preparation of water or Betadine; something to help wash away bacteria or a foreign matter.
Men--no idea how they would douche
Women--use douche to lavage their vaginas, which is not really recommended. Because when a woman does it, it also washes away "good" bacteria and can cause problems. Like yeast infections and low vaginal pH
So how do you douche? What does it look like?
For women, it comes in a bottle with a long skinny plastic top, kindo of like a tampon. ONly it has holes in it. That part goes in your vagina and you squeeze. And the water rushes into the vagina and just drips back out.

males can't and females really shouldn't the vagina has its natural way of cleaning its self and over douching can lead to a lot of problems

I've always defined douching as cleansing the vagina by inserting a device inside that washes it out with water and/or other cleansers. Based on that definition, a male couldn't douche. A man can cleanse his genitals, but I wouldn't call it douching.

Douching vaginally is not recommended by most doctors and health care professionals. It can disrupt the normal balance of bacteria and pH in the vagina, causing certain problems. The vagina cleans itself naturally, and nothing but water should be used to clean the vulva (the external female genitalia).

In german doushe means the shower room.
In dutch douche means shower.
