It won't stop your development. When I started developing I wore a bra to sleep and I'm now a DD (all natural, no "job"). Its not gonna effect your development. Your development depends more on your hormones and your genes. For instance I am adopted so I do not know what's in my genes. However, I have 2 sisters who are not adopted. My mom is really flat and now both my sisters are really flat also. It also depends on where your body carries fat. Breasts are mostly fatty tissue so if your body's prone to carrying fat in the breasts you will get larger. However, if your body is more prone to carrying it around your stomach, hips or bum then your stomach. hips, and bum will get larger instead. You're still young though so you probably don't have much fat on you at all so it's difficult to say which body type you'll be.

Also there's a rumor that if you sleep with a bra on it can cause breast cancer later in life. I work in the medical field and have been told by many doctors that no studies have proven that will happen. But remember that just means the rumor hasn't been proven but it still could be true.

Yes, its ok but very uncomforable.

I is fine to wear a bra when you sleep, although you don't need to and you might be more comfortable not to where one. you development will NOT be effected it you wear a bra or not.....

yeah i wear one sometimes. i prefer to wear a comfortable sports bra when i go to sleep, though.

Don't wear a bra to sleep.. it's so uncomfortable and your boobs needs some time to breathe and not stuck in there forever... i usually wear cami tops and just when to sleep.. and i just wear a panties if i have periods..

No reason to wear a bra.
