Ok so, this is for mainly girls...?!


Question: I don't know why but i just feel like I need to do something for myself. What are some things I can do to improve myself, such as yoga or streching, maybe something with my hair, any tips would be nice for anything to improve myself, I just need something to do something positive for myself, I've been feeling pretty bad lately. Thanks for any suggestions.

I know what you mean girl us women go through to much we need to pamper ourself. Well go get your hair done maybe a cute rap or some curls falling down. Get your nails done a nice pedicure, go to the spa and get a full body massage and facial. Go buy your self a banging outfit a dress and some too cute shoes, some earrings, a neckless, and bracelet. Also buy your self some cute nighties and a steamy book to read. Take your self to a nice restaurant eat, have a drink and let everybody admire your sexiness. Then when you get home run you a nice warm bubble bath, light you some smell good candles. Sit in the tub and read your book, don't forget to tie up your hair first. After you get out the tub put on your cute nighty and you can continue to read your book. Or you can fix your self a nice fruit salad and curl up in the bed and watch Life Time. Trust me you will feel so much better you deserve it girl, the hell with everybody else. You need a "AAMD" (all about me day) as I call it, I do it every so offten and it feels so good.

honestly... start taking vitamins daily. It's the simple things in life that really make a difference.

make a day out of it.

go get your nails done. get a mani and pedi. go get a hair cut, and buy yourself a new outfit. treat yourself. take up a hobby. do things that make YOU happy.

Um....well this is random but last night i showered and rolled my hair with the towel and kept it for like 45 min i took it off and when it finished drying it looked so perfect!!! um try eating gross vegtables they make your face pretty.....take for example me my face used to be really unhealthy and i was only 13 now i m 14 and i get sooo many compliments about my face. well try goin to the mall and asking a make up person for tips if you wear make up....this might sound concieted but i look sooo good with out any make up on.

Get a boyfriend. He will tell u all kinds of good things about urself & make u feel better.

I had the same problem. I get my nails done, dye my hair, and take loooooong baths. I am also joining a gym to help with the more physical apperance.

i have felt like this many times before and a few of the things i do that seem to help is that i go for longer jogs than usual. For a week i drink nothing but water to feel refreshed. i treat myself to a facial. i also get a haircut, but what helps the most is reading my daily devotional book that really helps me when i am feeling horrible with myself
