Fat?????????????!


Question: I am 16 years old, 5'4 and I weigh 104 pounds. I feel
so fat I know lots of people on here are gonna be like
oh whatever you're not fat but honestly I feel so fat.
Everyone at school thinks I don't eat or eat very little
but I always feel huge. Is this some kind of disorder?

i am 5'7 110 lbs & feel the same as you! but you truley are not fat. same with me, my doctor said i wasnt. but i do wanna flatten my tummy. i also skip lunch just cuz i'm never hungry at that time of day. so usually i only have a little snack then dinner...haha ya. drinking lots of water is good for you, so keep it up!!! i really need 2 start drinking more water ( i barely drink one cup ))) but if people say u dont eat enough then you may have an eating disorder. i would tell my mom if i were you.....then a doctor

im 13 and i weigh 47 kgs people think i dont eat much but i feel like a cow i eat a lil bit tho cause if i dont my period would go weird i feel massive n im not really athletic but my friends say i have 2 eat more n stuff. i dont know who 2 listen 2 anymore

keep this up and you will become anorexic. 104 pounds is underweight for your height. It's not too underweight. Don't lose any more weight. You are NOT fat.
They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but lunch is also very important. It's in the middle of the day when you're at school so you need a lot of energy to get through those last 3 hrs. At work if I wait a few hrs after 12 to have lunch I get really really weak.
When you eat less your body stores fat and your metabolism slows down. That's why it's good to eat 4-5 small meals a day. You feel less hungry and it's actually easier to lose weight.
