The only way to prove a girl is a virgin is to have a hymen. However not every girl who is a virgin has an intact hymen.
The whole loose vs. tight thing doesn't matter either. The vagina stretches during sex then returns to it's natural size. Some women are larger than others. Every vagina is different. The only thing that will enlarge a vagina is child birth and/or loss of muscle tone. Now the vagina over time will begin to stretch easier during entry... but it will not be loose in the way everyone assumes. You know the whole "throwing a hot dog down a hallway" analogy.
Of course a 35 year old would not be as "tight" as a 20 year old so to speak but it still is not a good way to judge someones virginity.
