Do you normally have an orgasm when a guy describes to you in detail what he'd like to do? If so, then yes. If not, then no. It won't be any different on your period.
Although a guy talking might be arousing, most girls take more than that to get off, there usually has to be something physical as well. But if you can get off on words alone, then I doubt it would be either easier or harder when you're on your period.
