I've fooled around with my boyfriend while on periods (hurray for tampons), but I've never noticed any kind of extra cramping. When the uterus contracts during an orgasm, it actually helps flush out more menstruation, so your flow may pick up for a little while.
i don't have any sexual activity during my period!
interesting question -- i am sorry to say i dont know. I thought your vagina contracted during orgasm, dod not know the uterus did.
