That's something you and your wife need to discuss. Obviously her vagina will be able to stretch to accomodate you, women deliver babies after all, which are way bigger than that. But as far as whether it is enjoyable for you and her that's another story.
Find positions that please you both without causing her any discomfort. Take it slow and make sure you take care of her needs too.
