If this is a serious questions, you need to calm down and call your mother or a close female family member and they should be able to help you. You are not going to die and it has nothing to do with you eating red food.
You probably just started your period. 10 is an early age, but that is ok. Just tell your mom and everything will be fine. Every girl has periods sooner or later.

LOL girl I'm 11 and i just got my period and that's probably what that is my advice is tell your mom or grandma or aunt or anyone you live with you can tell anyone but if you can tell a women ok!!!!!!!! I'm positive you just got your period that's what happened to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!=)

Search the internet for "menstruation" or "menstrual period." If you're freaking out, watch the movie "My Girl." And please go tell your Mom, it happened to her too, she'll be expecting you to have it someday, she just might be surprised it happened so soon. She can order a starter kit online or from some of the major feminine product companies, they will have information and lots of samples for you to try.
if ur in 4th grade u probobly havent learned about puberty. ur not dying. its ur period dont be sad ur a woman also tell ur mom. go 2 the stor and get pads dont use tampons till ur more experienced. if it startes 2 blead through ur pants wrap a sweatshirt around ur waist. go 2 kidshealthe.org and search period. itll give u advice. i think thats all i hope it hellped
