Small nipples are better than hamburger pattie sized ones. I prefer smaller nipples.

Does it matter? Who are you trying to impress. If your nipples are your biggest shortcoming then you have other issues you need to address.
there is really no way of enlarging them non-surgically, and even that would be difficult with probable undesirable effects
Massage them a lot and it doesn't matter to your baby what size your nipples are, as long as the milk comes and no matter what they look like, they are beauuuuuuuuuutiful........what color are they and can we see them somewhere and judge if we think you are ok?
I don't know about making them bigger (which I don't think you should worry about coz I agree with everyone else that big nipples look kinda weird), but if you want them to get harder you could try getting something like supple nipps:

Let me tell you, small nipples are good. After having a baby, women with larger nipples end up with Canadian Bacon nipple boobs!

Try to massage your nipple before take a bath. That will help them to grow. Usually when you have sex or baby they will grow too.
