The breast is a sensitive area, the more you touch or play with it. It will keep growing. Normally it will grow depending to your body size. Also from food intake can affect it too.
I don't understand what you mean by a medium personality. Maybe clarify? Are you gaining excess weight? Start working out and perhaps increase your personality to exciting or interesting rather than "medium."
Time. As you grow, some parts of your body are going to seem out of proportion to the rest. This is normal and will resolve itself in time. Just try to enjoy your beauty for it's own uniqueness.
