Supposedly the analyzed the fluid and infact the composition is different than urine. Only a small percentage of women actually experience an ejaculation, so prob a lot of them are faking it. But it is possible.

Yes Sarah, it is VERY possible. My ex fiance was amazing at the capability. I have not encountered it as much since then, but it's also not as prevalent as the porn industry would have you believe. And regarding the peeing part-urination is gravity driven whereas ejaculation is a force driven ejection of fluids.
