Swelling hands and feet?!
Question: The last 3 days my hands have swollen up to the point i can't get my rings off, and it cuts my fingers.
my feet are the same way whats going on?
some times this happends at night for me but it doesn't hurt or cut my fingers or stay for long periods of time
im 20 years old if that helps at all

water retention due to dehydration. increase your water intake and cut back on salt intake.

how big are the bottles? You need 6-8 glasses of 8oz of water daily.
If you are getting enought water and watching your sodium, and you still have problems with water retention, then it's time to see a doctor about it. Serious water retention is also a symptom of high blood pressure.
Sounds like water retention ...see your GP my nan had this trouble she was given medication to reduce the fluid
