Many people get down during the winter months. It's called Seasonal Affective Disorder (acronym: SAD). It's related to light; in fact, there is a special light you can put in your house to help you.
Also, if you've gone through a particularly stressful time recently, that could be affecting you.
Going on a run helps, or whatever kind of exercise you prefer. Something to make you feel like you're not all "cooped up".
