How to get Vaginal Contraceptive Films in?!
Question: I was practicing and i wasted 3 trying to get in in to lay flat! it keeps sticking to my finger!! I tryed to put the whole thing over my hand and i even tried folding it in half then putting it in. But it keeps sticking to my finger!! Help!...or does spermacide foam work just as well? if so, where can i get it?

well i just fold it half. it's a bit sticky but try to use your other finger (thumb) with your index finger to put it in.
Read carefully the instructions over the pack . it is very easy . I don't know your age & education level. Check whether you are followning the correct methosd as in the instruction manual or not. Its available everywhere in good pharmacy houses.
