ok well when you know you have your period theres a brown spot of blood in your underwear and thats when you have your first period your next period is usually between 23 and 29 days after [well thats what i heard] i know the other people are saying 28 and 29 but i learned different i could be wrong
Well you are suppose to have your period every 28 days and for atleast a week..
put a mark every 28 or 29 days on a calender. put a star when it starts or ends so that way you can keep track of what time it'll happen so that way your always prepared even a day early. (you probably know it doesn't always come 28 or 29 days after so you know when to expect it:-)
After a while, you start to expect your period because it tends to come at a certain time of month. If you want, you can mark it on a calendar so that you know when you had your last period. Count 29 days and that should be approximately when you will get your next period.
