Im about 17 weeks preg and get cramps?!
Question: hey i am about 17 weeks preg and get cramps in my belly and just above where you would get period pain. its not painful just uncomfy....i have ask family members who had had babys and they just said its my body changing and making room....if anyone can give me some more pointers or advise would be great. im also getting pains in both sides of m chest could this just be growing pains from my brest getting bigger

okay, it is normal but you can deal with the pain by taking a warm bath and resting with a pillow between your legs.... not a big huge one just a regular pillow.... about your breast..... massage them, it will make them feel better and also prepare your breat for the in comming milk that you will get... especially if you are gonna breat feed.... trust me it helps... you should also drink lots of water and take small walks
it is normal to have cramping while pregnant, im 15 weeks pregnant and my doctor told me that the cramping is normal, its because your uterus is expanding to make room for the baby if you are really worried about it though, or it gets really bad go see your doctor
