Its normal to have a discharge...some times during the month is more then others...does it have a foul smell if so i would go see a doctor...could mean you have an infection.
My wife says it could be yeast infection or just natural discharge.
It's normal vaginal discharge and if you haven't yet started your period, than yes, it is a signal that you are becoming sexually mature and can expect periods to begin within the next few months.
That being said, if you are wondering if you are pregnant, I am going to assume you are currently having sex. If you are not/have never had sex, than no, that discharge has nothing to do with pregnancy.
If you ARE having sex (even before you get your first period), than you need to get to a OBGYN. You are way, way too young to be having sex, period. If you haven't yet gotten your first period, that suggests you are less than 14 years old. I am hoping you asked the "could I be pregnant" question because you weren't totally sure how one gets pregnant, not because you are having sex yourself.

its discharge, its totally normal and it proves your vagina is clean so thats all good. haha. if it becomes smelly or yellow than thats when you have a problem and should see a doctor but if not then your fine
