I'm 35 with an 8 year old son. While I manage a large business, I'm still funloving, and continually have people express surprise that someone "of your age" could be doing so well. hehehe... also shocked when they find out my son is 8. I watch them do the mental math to figure out how old I was when I had him!! I'm continually accused of being in my 'mid to late 20s". I realise this is not such a huge gap, but I was accused of being in my mid to late 20s when i was in my late teens.
I love that I have 35 years of experience behind me. I love that each line or wrinkle on my face is due to my experience. Obviously though, sun protection and skincare do make a difference.
Call me what you want, I'm fine with it. hahaha... just don't call me 'old' because it's a state of mind, not of appearance!
