"brown discharge before and after my period"?!

Question: is this an appropriate question for yahoo answers?

should this kind of question be asked to a nurse or perhaps a grown up or in the ladie's room or their mother?

Have you checked your own gender health section on yahoo answers lately? o.o?
Hehe
Heck we got loads of women answering your questions!

Yes they should ask their Mother...But they just want to know. If you have that much of a problem with it don't come to the Women's Section!

Yes, it's an appropriate question for the "Women's Health" section. If they ask on Yahoo Answers, they might be talking to a nurse or a grown up....!

yes it's appropriate, some people are too shy or scared to ask anyone "in real life" so they check on yahoo. if they get 10 replies saying "that's perfectly normal i have that too" then they feel calm and then are prepared to ask their mother (or similiar).
this is the health section, discharge is under health.

You should ask a nurse.

This is completely normal. I also have this.

this is a question you might want to talk to your mom but brownish discharge after your period is actually your period because after your period you have to wait because ther might be more blood so wear a pantiliner after your period for two days but before you might just get your period earlier then you suspect it
