That happened to me too.
What I would do is cary one small pad in your purse...now.
Because when it starts, its super tiny and won't do much.
It's not bad, mine happened right before the 8th grade writing test, and they were just saying that everybody that need to use the bathroom had to go now, or it would be another 2 hours. Luckly I felt funny and went and I had started right then. It wasnt bad and no one found out. Your first period is your easiest, and if it starts during cheer just use a light tampon, they're not as scarry as they look, I was terrified and my mom wanted to "help" me, and that was never going to happen, so I looked at the diagram and just went, and everything was fine. Don't worry, it's fine, and not as bad as it sounds.
:]

just be more safe than sorry carry tampons on u

Always carry around a pad just in case.
You should be getting your period soon.
Just be patient.
Trust me, once you have it, you won't want it, its a hassle.
I didn't tell my mom when I got mine.
I skipped a family party and was laying on the couch acting dead and she played the guessing game to figure out what was wrong.
She guessed right on the first try.

im not sure when u should start carrying pads and tampons... maybe keep a pad in ur packpack or purse at all times from now on, just in case! you should really tell ur mom... she ll understand, she had a 1st period once, all girls do! good luck! and remember... tell ur mom before u start and its 2 late! ; ) hope this helps!

As long as it is clear discharge than you have nothing to worry about. When it gets to be a darker color, than maybe you should start preparing. I have clear discharge every day, its just a part of being a woman and it is completely normal. Normally, if this is your first time getting your period then the blood rushed out and doesn't give earlier signs of appearing. When you get your period, trust me, you will know it, there will be no guessing involved. As far as the mother situation, I know that it can be hard to tell your mother, or anyone for that matter, I too am very shy about this kind of stuff when it comes to telling someone face to face. When the time finally does come just be prepared to get another speech from her and some free feminine products. Otherwise, you will be fine!

The biggest sign that your period is coming will be all the stomach cramps and you won't see red blood, it will look kind of darkess brown and in little spots. Your period doesn't just start pouring out. You should talk to your mom sweetie that's what mom's are for, don't be scared. Everything will be fine.

This is okey for a any women who reaches puberty and there no need to be shy. The best way to is to talk to your mom since she already talked to you and take her advice, since she will be the best to guide you all the way.

carry around a bag with tampons and pads just in case take it with you were every you go thats weird cause you really dont get the clear kind till a couple of days b4 your period you usually get a white kind i dont know when you will get yours
