nothing is inside it it is like a thin layer of skin - if you break it it will bleed - like if your torn any other skin - it wont bleed much - youd hardly notice - many people tear it and dont realise. its only thin and tearing it might be a little uncomfortable and may bleed a little but thats it.
I'm Pretty sure its blood that it field with, thats why when most girl tear it they bleed
the hymen is just a thin tissue, it holds no amount of liquids. when a hymen breaks it doesn't hurt, and you don't feel anything. the only way of noticing it is because blood is discharged

It's not a container, so it's not full of anything inside. It's a thin little membrane. It does not "pop", it stretches. If you stretch it to the point where it tears, you'd bleed. That's all.
