Firstly, switch deodorants. Your body gets used to the same one if you use it all the time and it stops working.
It may be anxiety related? Perhaps talk to the doctor?

I get it even in winter, I was told it's stress related. I noticed I get it when I go to university because I'm nervous speaking in front of people and I'm scared I'll have to. When it's hot and I'm just chilling out I don't get it as bad as a cold day I'm going to uni lol. If there's no cure you can find (i don't have one) try wearing dark colours or patterns it hides it
First try the clinical strength secret deodorant. If that doesn't work then see a doctor. They maybe able to prescribe something. The other thing is botox. I know that sounds weird but I heard it freezes the sweat glad so it can't produce sweat.
If you look at the labels on antiperspirants, you'll see that they almost all have the same active ingredient (Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachlorohydrex Gly) . So if normal antiperspirants aren't working for you, you can't just switch to a different brand; you need to buy one with a different active ingredient. I know people who have had good results from one called Certain Dri, which has aluminum chloride as its active ingredient. It's available in better drugstores, and can also be ordered online.
Or you can see a dermatologist about it. The doctor can give you a prescription antiperpirant.
