I'm 5'6" and I'm a natural 34 DD, which isn't much better. Weight has a lot to do with breast size, no matter what stage in developement you are. But at the same time, I have lost 30 pounds and my breast size has barely, if at all changed. Some women just have larger breasts than others, and as one of those women I'd love to have smaller breasts- but the grass is always greener on the other side. You have to keep that in mind when women are paying thousands of dollars for breast implants. (Even if we can't understand why in the world they would.)

As for the back pain, I always keep a heating pack or tylenol around. Wearing a bra as much as humanly possible helps too, even when sleeping.
Exercises were mentioned, that's a great way to help you feel better. I started doing yoga and it worked wonders for me, my posture was so out of shape- no wonder my back hurt all the time.

Breast reductions are great and have helped many women get their lives back, but it is an expensive surgery with many risks that is often seen as a cosmetic surgery and thus is hard to have your health insurence pay for willingly; especially at a D cup and at age 20. It should also be seen as a last resort regardless of these factors because there are so many things you can do to reduce pain that doesn't include surgery.

Good luck to you!

wellll... i'm not sure about the height and back thing buttt.... i do know that if ur overweight u hav bigger breasts .

yes big boobs can give you back pains. I'm a 36DD. The indentations are from your bra straps being too tight. you might need one that gives more support around the middle part (tighter). Breasts don't have anything to do with height.

Dude, I'm that tall and I'm a 32A...

You should talk to your parents about getting a breast reduction. Young at your age, I know. But it would be healthier. (???)

if back pain and indentation continues you may need to ask your doctor about breast reduction.
i wish i had bigger boobs =/

well.. if you have larger beast it is possible to have indentions in your shoulders and pain in your lower back i'm a 38F and i have the same problem.. the only thing that i recommend is doin exercises to strenghten those areas so it doesn't get worse! and it helps a great deal!

geez...i am 5'9 and i have no boobs at all...lucky, seriously! try getting a better bra...maybe at victoria's secret.
