Embarresing question regarding IUD?!

Question: wel i had the iud put in 3 months ago, once a month i get really bad pains for about1 hr, no bledding i get in a hot tub which makes the pain go away, the next day i have like a pus like mucus discharge that has some light odor, i go to 3 different docs who examine me and say i have no infection, and most likely its just a cyst that errupted,
my question is - aren't cyst like a infection? my doctor says its just the iud rubbing against the walls of my uterus that cause a cyst to form, and that its normal, to me it sounds like she just got tired of e caling her, because why didn't she give me this answer like the first time it accured.

Is there any other doctor you can go. Perhaps you may wanna stop IUD for sometime until it heal. and change with other birth control, like depo. i never see anyhting like this before. But i know the more it irritate the wall of uterus, it could bring another problem later on.
Sometimes the way they put it is not in the right position or the size is too big for your uterus. You my want to check it.

Well, I'm not too sure about that. Doctors won't just make something up to get rid of you. They don't want to get sued in case it's serious. If you've been tested for infection and you've been dubbed infection free by 3 doctors, it's probably nothing. I got an IUD last December and my periods are super heavy and super painful now but it's also normal while my body adjusts to it. Give your body a little more time to adjust to the IUD and if you get a fever (which is a sign of infection) see the doc.
