Vaginal hair removal??? How do you get rid of it all???!

Question: Ok, I know this might sound stupid, but how do you get rid of all of your vaginal hair? I shave and shave, but never am able to remove it all! And I mean, I want it all gone! I have seen "bikini line" hair removal stuff, but it says not to use it around the vagina.... and I think waxing may be the answer, but am not sure how far they go either and am kind of embarrassed to call and ask. So any help would be appreciated! Thanks:)

Hair is down there for a reason, but if you really want to get rid of all your pubic hair, then you could get a Brazilian wax, which in my opinion is the best option. You can call salons ahead of time and ask about pricing- don't be embarrassed to ask, it's their job and they do it all the time. Waxing is the best option, since the hair will grow back thinner over time, and you will get the smoothest results. Make sure that when you go, they have some sort of oil to put on afterwards to minimize irritation. Warning though, it will be very painful, but if you go to a good salon, then they should be very quick and efficient. Good luck!

lazer hair removal will permanently remove hair. may be pricey though

ask your boy friend to shave it for you . both of you will enjoy the experience.

Hi, waxing is a good choice. They really take off all hairs..believe me.

I want to know this too.
I posted a few questions about it and everyone seems to say that hair removal cream is very bad to use on your vagina and pubic hair as it cause itchyness, ingrown hairs, lumps full of blood and puss and other nasties. Right now i just want to shave all my pubic hair off and look good. :)

You could try hair removal cream specially designed for hair removal "down there". Also simply shaving, but that leads to razor bumps and prickly hairs...If you really want it all gone you should do the laser hair removal but that can be pricey! Good luck!

If you want it permanently and cleanly removed, then like some already suggested, the most expensive option of laser surgery is best. However, look at the "history" of vaginal hair. It was only recently that smooth vaginas are considered beautiful. Before that, women with hair down there are considered beautiful. Look no further than '80s porn. If you remove it permanently, what happens when the time changes again and it's considered beautiful to have hair down there?

As a guy, however, I currently love a hairless vagina. I agree with what somebody already said. Have your boyfriend shave you. It'll be a great experience for both of you!

If you want to shave it regulary, then I suggest buying some good body wash (I suggest Dial antibacterial/moisterizing body wash) and Venus Gillette razors. You have to shave very carefully as if it were your first time shaving your legs. When you see smooth skin and very little hair DON'T shave over that same area because that may cause irritation.

Another thing to keep in mind is that everyone's hair follicles are different. Some people may have hair follicles that stay smooth after you shave (with good products) and other people will experience redness, itchiness and bleeding. Try the products I mentioned and be CAREFUL when shaving and if your skin isn't smooth and you get too many problems then maybe it's best to not shave at all. What's ultimately the best advice is to ask a doctor about all this before you start shaving.

It sounds like you shave with a razor. You can buy special shavers for that. I like the shavers at HairRemovalShavers.com. The only problem with shaving is that the results don't last very long. You will only be smooth for about two days if you shave. Waxing lasts for about two weeks or longer, but it gets expensive fast if you go to a salon every month.
