If I want to lose 5 lbs a week, what is best way?!


Question: honestly what i did before prom last year was a Detoxification... you have to be really strict about it if youre serious about losing weight! Beyonce actually did it too and lost 22 pounds in 2 weeks... it doesnt taste very good though im warning lol but its worth it ....
*8 oz water
*2 TBSP organic lemon juice
*2 TBSP organic maple syrup
*1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
combine, shake and drink....
sorry no food while doing this - its a detox but healthy and fast weight loss!!! good luck!

theres no safe way to loose 5 ibs in a week..........seriously thats not a good idea just monitor your junk food levels and eat white meat an try to avoid whole milk

I advise changing your diet. Don't go on a diet, those are pointless. Simply change the way you eat and what your daily activities are. Maybe pick up some exercising and work out video's at your local blockbuster or even just go out and walk. You'd be surprised.

eat healthy, go to the gym, check out some websites that have good diet tips. whatever you do, dotn take the pills they have side effects and do not starve yourself... that would be dumb. just take it a step at a time. first eliminate somethign you eat alot that is unhealthy then the next week start excersizing (maybe jogging or even walking) then maybe the next week you could eat only healthy food and excersize for 10 - 30 minutes everyday ! good luck, and i hope you loose the weight you want too. i myself am trying to loose weight and this has helped me alot http://www.ehow.com/how_2001862_lose-pou...

don't drink any water and get in a sauna

If you lose 5lb a week, you're way more likely to put it back on quickly, or get that revolting thing where you have to have your spare skin surgically removed. You should only aim for 2lb a week. More is not healthy!
