Is it bad if you sleep with a bra on?!

Question: Just curious

Answers: Just curious

It's bad for the bra. I used to sleep in my bra, but I went through bras really fast. So I stopped sleeping in them and my bras lasted twice as long.

No, it might just be sorta uncomfortable...personally, i don't know anyone who does, but I've heard that there's nothing wrong with it.

Yes. I've heard that it can cause back trouble. If having it on all day is a pain, why be uncomfortable at night?

I have been told this MANY times. i have been told that sleeping with a bra on stops/reduces the growing and expanding of the breast tissue so clumps of breast tissue from and breast cancer emerges.

I have also been told that sleeping with a bra shortens breast growth because breast tissue cant get around and the bra holds your boobs in place not letting them 'breathe'

hope i helped :)

Not at all. If anything it is good because it actually keeps the boobs up higher and they don't sag as much over time. I wear mine every night without problems. Some girls find it uncomfortable though.

oh god i hope not.
ive only slept without one ONCE. :/

it's not the best thing to do.. it can cause back problems but mostly discomfort in the breast and back.

no you shouldbe just fine

No it is not. It actually helps from sagging in the future! If you do sleep with a bra, I say you wear a cotton one so that your body doesn't have synthetic fibers on it at all times.

nothing wrong with it.

but it is comfier with out it. and it does stunt boob growth, also if your bra is too tight that also stunts boob growth, that is why it is always best to have them measured, to see what your bra size is so u wear the size right for you.

wear a bra during day, to stop them sagging (also helps with fripples lol, thats when they show under te-shirts yatta yatta fine in summer tho, you dnt have to wear bra's, its just comfier sometimes, esp when running) and none during night as thats when your body grows the most!

No, as long as it fits properly. If it is too small, then it can cause some circulation issues. Many women choose to sleep in them because the extra support prevents back pain
