To NEED 4 super plus tampons is not right. If you NEED that many at one time, see your doctor immediately.
If you don't NEED that many, it would increase your chances of TSS, or toxic shock syndrome greatly.
If you don't want to ruin your panties...don't wear your good panties during your period. That or be sure to check on it often enough and use a pantyliner? Every girl I know has gross panties that she wears during her period so she doesn't ruin her nice ones.

take them off right away or at the end of the night. Run them under HOT as you can stand water and scrub with soap/detergent. if that doesnt work then let them soak in the soapy hot water for like 30 mins and try it again. and then wash. Also Oxyclean stain remover can work just on the little spot or that i think its spray and wash? its pink and white my friend uses that.

NO IT IS NOT OK!!! Girl do not wear your expensive underware if you have leakage problems! First of all if your that heavy you should probably wear a pad as well. I do I buy stay free super thins and they do not bother me because the first two days I am heavy. Second maybe you should change your tampon every 2-3 hours if your that heavy. Come on you can feel it when it's full. Third buy cheep underwear to wear while on your period.

As for your expensive underwear surely you could not wear it as if your on your period noone is likely to see them? and wear some regular underwear or cheaper ones you still feel comfortable in.
