Yup, if you're having sex. (Obviously the pill itself can't cause pregnancy.) You need to make sure to take the pill at the same time everyday, even using an alarm to remind yourself.

Yes. You are supposed to take them at, or very close to, the same time everyday in order to be protected from pregnancy.

It could very possibly happen. the most effective way of taking birth control is to take them at the same time everyday to avoid spotting and to increase effectiveness.

I'm not sure but think this depends on which pill you have! Think the mini pill has to be taken same time everyday but i'm not 100%. If i was you i'd check with your doctor, they should have told you when you started taking them.

Yes it is advisable. Its not going to majorly increase your chance of getting pregnant if you just forget one time and take it a few hours late but you should try to take them on a regular basis.

4 am is not evening. You should be taking them at the same time everyday. I think it's slightly flexible like if you take them normally at 8 pm, you could take it 730-830pm BUT I wouldn't bet my childless life on it. Read the instructions, it depends on which week you are on what you should do if you miss a pill (4 am is considered a miss) and what other forms of contraception you should be using, if any.
