Has anyone ever bruised really easy.?!
Question: I get bruises really easy, I mean sometimes they are just there and I am not sure how they got there, I have had blood tests, but they all come back ok. Maybe I have weak..something. I don't know.....But it sucks....

hey this is in response to your last question and since you have your profile set not to allow anyone to email you which i think is a coward way of using this site. you asked me if wedding vows meant staying with a cheater. where does it says you are suppose to divorce? it doesn't divorce is a man made escape for people who want to run from there obligations and responsibilities. sometimes i get HUGE bruises! i dont tend to bruise easily as far as i can tell, but sometimes i will see a HUGE bruise on my leg, like they look so bad that i could have walked away from a severe car accident --- but heres the thing, i never remember bumping into anything so hard that it would cause anything like that!
i bruise really easily. it used to be worse when i was a vegetarian. now it's a little better because my diet is more balanced and i take vitamins with iron. you should try vitamins. but other than that, if your blood work came back normal, there probably isn't a problem. i've just come to accept it.

Are you really skinny? Skinny people bruise easily because there isn't enough fat to protect them on their arms or legs. Thats why kids and elderly people sometimes bruise very easily. Also, it could run in your family. Hope this helps :)
LOL i do that too i will see these giant bruises and have no idea how they even got there.
My bf even has to watch out because he will sometimes leave bruises just when were making out lol.. i think its normal for some people to just be more sensitive than others..
Are you on any medication? Some meds or vitamins can cause this. Ginko Biloba is a blood thinner and this can cause easy bruising. I take and anti-inflamitory and it thins my blood so I bruise easy.
yeah i know what you mean same exact problem me and my boyfriend will ruff house a little and he will barely tap me with what ever were throwing at the time and ill get a huge bruise but i dont know if there is any thing they can do but i did notice when i used a lotion called lonline or some thing like that i dont know if its spelled right but any ways if i put over my bruise and rub it in it would go away faster

yup, on my shoulder i can get a bruise from a really light smack, also my thighs seem to have bruises that i dont remember getting, and in really random places!
I also bruise really easy. I'm anemic which is i have low iron which can cause you to bruise easy as well as other stuff. i would start taking Women's One a Day vitamins and just eating more foods with iron.
