She can tell if you have a yeast infection just by looking at you or if you describe your symptoms to her. It's usually a white cottage cheese like discharge and burning and itching. UTI's can only be diagnosed by taking a urine culture so if you think you have one you will need to tell her so she can take the proper steps to diagnose you. A pap smear will not tell her these things.

she will be able to tell if you have a yeast infection, but as for the uti I don't know.
