Stick with the basics-exercise and reduce ur calorie intake. Don't stop eating, as ur metabolism will slow down & u will gain back any weight u lose, & then some. Start simple-go for walks, eat more fruits, veggies, get some 5 or 10 lb. weights & do weight training for 15-30 min every other day. DO NOT USE CRAP LIKE DIET PILLS! I took them b4 & they caused my hart to speed up so much i thought i was having a heartattack. They r dangerous & shouldn't even be on the market. Eat smaller healthier portions & eat more often. If u don't strees out over it, & u stick with a good balanced diet & exercise 3-4 times a week u WILL see amazing results after 6-8 weeks. I did it & I never exercised a day in my life! There is no such thing as a 'quick fix'. U may lose weight by starving urself, but u won't like the results. Building muscle helps u burn calories alot faster than just dieting, & also corrects posture, improves skin, gives u a nice firm toned body. There are exercises u can learn online at Spark People.com that I do while sitting at the computer.

Just take you time! Have 3 main meals a day with 2 snacks in between! Make sure you take in about 1,200-1,500 calories a day. More than that you might gain weight or stay the same. Make sure you are active for at least 45-60 minutes a day. Don't skip meals! Have lots of water to clean out your system. Make sure the foods you eat have enough fiber and protein and not that much sugar and trans fats. Do not eat 2 hours before you go to sleep. And for abs so about 100 sit-ups a night!

Exercise and a healthy diet is the only sure way to lose weight. While it might not be an instant change, it is the only sure way to ensure that you are healthy and keep the weight off

seriously go walking for 30 mins a day and diets dont work just focus on ur portions that you are eating.

girl Let me tell you about the Lemon Diet. Check it out yourself. Drink Lemonade for two weeks straight. Nothing else besides water. Lemon burns fat research it.You'll lose 5 pounds a day. With exercise 7. I'm not even joking. My sister was 180lb when she started she's now 150 lb and she only went on it for a week, when it was suppose to be for two. She also went from a size 13 to a size seven. It's not too good to be true. Its not something you buy try it. you'll see the results. Don't forget to exercise so you will look toned and not flabby. Believe me. I went on it for two days to fit in a size 9 from a size 11. In two days I lst ten lb. Try to stay motivated. It must not be store bought, it must be made at home, and also use brown sugar, to prevent Diabetes. Don't forget to research it.

Sorry but Diet and Exercise is the best way. Think of your favorite food, for instance, I love cheese. I took cheese out of my diet for a month, started to exercise and lost 7 pounds in that first month. It honestly takes 3 months for your body to change in a healthy way (Meaning actually keep the weight off for longer then a week)

Disco Dancing at home !!! I promise it works, just do it everyday and get the beats off your computer like: shake your groove thing, stayin alive etc.
Dance for like 30 minutes a day and do crunches !! Its fun and theres no membership fees !!!
Most importantly : cut your calories, you wont loose weight on excersie alone. A Food diary his helping me drop 2 pounds a week and I have learned so much about myself / bad habits and where i over eat in a day ! So, everything that touches your lips, write it down and how many calories you just consumed. They add up soooooooooooooo fast so this will help you keep on track. Best advice is find out how many calories you eat each day that maintains your over weight status. Then find out how many calories you need to eat each day to get to your goal weight. It will seem like a drastic cut But, its so worth it after the first week when you see that you dropped two pounds. To get you started I recommend special k cereal with skim milk replacement for two meals each day. DO NOT STAY on this diet though, its not healthy long term. It helps you train your stomache for small portions and meals that are only 200 calories and so then you can eat a big healthy dinner.
You are going to need to measure out your food, pay attention to serving sizes and measure the serving out ...thats really important ! for example soup, if one serving is 1 cup not a full can , lets say its 100 calories in 1 cup, dont just poor yourself a bowl. Pour it into your measuring cup first then to your bowl so, you dont go over the serving amount which will add x-tra unnessary calories.
