I have very heavy periods and need extra extra pad proctection. What pad do you !

Question: What kind of pads are you using now? I would recommend the thick Kotex Overnight pads. I use them at night and they work very well for a heavy flow. Plus, one end is wider than the other so you can place it where you need extra coverage.

I recommend a super plus absorbency tampon and a pantyliner in order to avoid any accidents. Pads fill up too fast and are very thick and uncomfortable, but if you prefer them just look for thick ones with wings and extra absorbency. It should advertise it on the packaging.

get always they have the best,

Always have always worked for me. Just make sure you change them frequently (2-5 hours) so you don't leak.

Tampons are so much better, if you would like to try them. With a heavy period, you should wear a tampon and pantyliner to prevent leaks.

I love Always brand. I'm a HUGE fan, as I have really heavy periods too. But what I tend to do is use a super tampon (Tampax) and then a normal days pad underneath for leaks. (I told you they were heavy......)

The pill will help lighten your period, forget pads, though if you'd rather not take birth control try super tampax..Better than 'pads', also you won't have that worry of smelling....
