Yes, very normal.. If you are in your teens then that is hormones. Otherwise it's probably not pimples but little bumps.

You have pores all over your skin, so you can get pimples just about anywhere. You might also have an ingrown hair. I get those sometimes and they look just like pimples. Nothing to worry about unless they get painful or start turning weird colors or if you have any sort of discharge from your nipple itself.
