The easiest way is to sit on the toilet and reach up, using your middle finger (the longest finger) to push the suppository in and as far up as it will go. You don't want leakage! You shouldn't feel it at all if it is inserted correctly.
im sorry...but whats a suppository?? is it another word for a tampon?? i will be back and read this question.. can someone please tell me what it is??
It is easiest if you lay on your side, and draw your knees up like a sitting position....only you are on your side...you can relax and take the glove or use a plastic baggie...hold the suppository by the large end, and insert as far up as you can. Stay laying down and let it melt.
