How to reduce pain of cramps?!


Question: this first happened a few months ago. on the day my period sarts i get really bad cramps. i take some tylanol with a few sips of water but it dosent help. after about an hour i start feeling nauseous even though its morning and all i had was water. i then throw up and feel better in a few minuest. this is the second time this has happened. is there anything i can do to reduce it? in 19 and it only happened the first time a few months ago.

The same thing happened to me when I was younger. Hopefully it will go away, mine did and now I feel better, less cramping and no nausea.

Take an advil or midol. Take a warm bath. Use a heating pad. Curl up in bed in a comfy postion. Eat crackers. Drink gingerale (warmish).

And try to think that this will only last a short time and hopefully this will get better.

im 20, and i always have cramps so bad i cant get out of bed. My doctor told me that the cramps are caused by pressure created by extra water, the same reason why you get bloated. he said to try a diuretic, the medicine thatll make you pee, itll get rid of all that extra water thats making you cramp. i tried it and it worked right away and i had no pain at all. I used Diurex.
