Little bumps on the back of the leg?!
Question: ok my friend has these little bumps that is only in a section of her back leg near the bottom. the color of it is purplish-redish. could this be somthing serious? she had it for sometime and it doesnt hurt her at all or anything.

I have those on top of my thighs. They should just be heatbumps from too much friction. Put some diaper cream (I know it might seem gross) on them and they should go away.

The only thing that I could say would be to search her symptoms on WedMD.com. It might be some sort of rash from shaving, or even warts.
sounds like a rash caused by jeans being too tight, and maybe sweating a bit... have her get it checked out though, because it could also be a fungal rash,,

I have the same thing, it does not hurt me either its just there. I have no idea what it is, sorry
It's probably infected hair follicles, from shaving, does she shave that far up??. Tell her she should exfoliate to allow the trapped hair to be released and if she continues to do that then my guess is she won't have the bumps anymore. It's nothing serious.
