HEALTH CONCERN i dont know how serious??!

Question: Well, i am almost 0 and i have a six month old baby girl, who i've nursed up til now but i started a job about 2 weeks ago so i havent as much of lately. just some info.
well, for abot a month or perhaps a little bit longer i have been getting tension headaches, i think they are anyway. they usually get triggered when i look at screens, or lights, loud noises, and sometimes i feel bad because my baby screaming can be so bothersome. but staying home usually is better for me or taking a walk, eating or a hot shower help too.
and then 2 different times at work i felt bad for a little bit. a few days ago i got pretty faint feeling, but it went away. but today, i got a sharp pain in my chest below my right breast area. my boyfriend said it was probably from my breasts being engorged from the breastmilk. i dont know though. it really scared me.
i also thought i might have an anxiety disorder because i'm always finding things that worry me health wise. any advice or conclusion? thanks!

same things happen to me...and its anxiety (for me anyways) just find ways to calm down and breath and get to a quiet place and dont think and worry.

sounds as though you enjoy being sick

You could have anxiety attack, sometimes new mom will have it. caused by stress, because your situation is changing from single to parent. People will have to adjust to this condition, and will need time.
What you have to do is try to relax and telling your self to be more patient everytime you hear baby crying or screaming.
Pain can caused from the stress, but it will dissapear if you are calm down.
Don't worry about it, maybe it will be good for you to find some help if this symptom persist.
Can ask your mom to help and teach you how to take care a baby. Also can ask her to take care of her for 1 day a week, so you can have a day free, and try to spoil your self like going to massage, shopping etc
