? What Is This...?!

Question: recently, my body has been going through a lot of changes. in the past few months, i've grown one inch, i've gained more weight than is normal for me (but my appetite hasn't changed), i've noticed that my hips have gotten a little wider, and my breasts have gotten about 2 sizes bigger, and even my cycle has changed. at first i thought it was normal and that it may have something to do with changes in my metabolism (slowing down), but it happened so suddenly, within the past 2 or 3 months. i'm 20 y/o, and i thought i was way past puberty, which i went through when i was about 11 or 12. but lately my body has been changing rapidly and i don't know why. is it possible that i'm going through a second growth spurt or puberty?
