Very bad cramps?!
Question: I went to the doctors today as i've as a occuring stomach bug which makes me sick eating certain foods. Last night i had severe stomach cramps for 2 hrs and in the end took a pill which i take for bad periods. I'm not on my periods yet but i've been digging the garden all wk and i've pushed myself. Am i suffering from muscle cramps or something else. Also i suffer from diarrohea with the bug. I'm fine when sitting down but when i move around the cramps start to appear. I think the dr has put my somach cramps down to the bug but it's the first time i suffered from this. Please help as i hate feelin ill.

Try a probiotic drink. Sounds like trapped wind-can be very very painful. I have had some really bad stomach bugs recently and the second time managed the probiotic drink and also windeze It just gets your stomach back in balance, stopping the bloating and cramps. If it does continue go back to the docs, I have crohns and it took too long to diagnose ending up with me needing surgery. Look after yourself.
Sounds like I.B.S. (irritable bowel syndrome)
